    Comments: It is incredibly unfair what you are trying to do. I love downtown Keene NH for everything that is there. I can get my hair cut, stop in a few favorite boutiques, and also step in to my favorite bars that are all right there. I love a new bar/shop/salon in the downtown area. What a shame it would be if the downtown experience became dull and controlled. Live free or die

We will end up with more parties spread out all over our neighborhoods that will cause us to hire more police and bring our property values down even lower. We have a good mix of businesses now even with all the paperwork the city requires.
