Recently, the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department (under orders of Chief Dessoye) have been harassing and discriminating customers who are patrons of the Anthracite Newstand. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to stop this unfair harassment and discrimination.
