we are petitioning the juvenile and domestic court of harrisonburg va for a fair trial for the return of anthony lynn mattew kenney to his parents christina gordon and eric kenney. we feel that the trial that took place on July 30, 2009 was unfair to all parties and that we request another trial to be taken place in different court and judge in the city of harrisonburg va. we asked that the case to be reopened and that all parties to be heard and that all parties whom were subpeona to court for the defendents to be able to speak for the defendents on their behave.
