Have you been wronged by the company known as Tradesman International and you would like to petition for fairness and the public acknowledgement of their scandalous behavior. If so then your signature or initials should be signed to this petition. For those reading this site and are not aware of Tradesman Inc's nature, here's a short rundown of the company. In essence, it's a temp agency or in other words a company that lend workers out for a fee while paying the workers it lends out less than or equal to the required trade's minimal pay rate. Some of tradesman's scandals are the offering of jobs 2 to 3 hours drive one way with a per diem that will get you nothing unless you add it together with 3 other guys just so you can afford a room that everyone sleeps and showers in. Also when a worker is in disagreement with a client over issues like safety or the worker just happens to have a bad day from situations like a malfunctioning vehicle the workers are scorned as if they are completely wrong. That particular worker is sent back by the contractor who rented him and Tradesmen would count the occurrence as a strike against the worker. To add insult to injury that occurrence may also cause the worker to not receive any unemployment benefits should the worker be out of a job. Now the worker may even submit an application or resume to another company to get a permanent job. On numerous occasions Tradesman has been listed in the employment history of many applications or resumes with contact info so that a new interviewing company can contact Tradesman Inc. Even with no strikes and/or no documented occurrences with Tradesmen International, Tradesman will and have given false reviews of past employees which resulted in the ex-worker not getting a job and then crawling back to Tradesman for an even lower pay. That is the tip of the iceberg.
