    Comments: This is just so cruel and horrific to read How can anyone not have tears and such sharp pain when knowing this is happening. How can the world sit by and not attempt to prevent such evil by sanctions, pleas delegations and legislation. By our governments inaction they are condoning this and all governments who just sit by, blacken their name in history leaving a legacy which shame the name of man by the continuing torture of those who cannot defend themselves and whose only sin is to have been born into a world where evil is too good a word for what is being inflicted.
