    Comments: Most of these animals (especially the dogs and cats) are being stolen from good homes just to be neglected and mistreated. Please help stop this sad treatment of our beloved pets. I lost my st.bernard to one of these disgraces for human beings two months ago. Several dogs along my road all disappeared at the same time.

    Comments: i think that every dog is worth feeding and if you don't feed them you will wish you had of because somebody will be over there and you wll be and court and you will be scraping the bottom of the cookie jar trying to find money because i will sew you and if i get a dog from you that is dehidrated and it dies you will be giving me another one and i meen giving me one so you better feed them

    Comments: I would just like to say that i agree with you about the abuse that alot of the animals at Ripley flea market go through but i would also like to say that not everyone there abuses their animals. I carry my puppies their to sale and mine have never been cold because i always carry a heater to blow on them and in the summer i take two fans to blow on them. I also make sure to carry plenty of covers for them to be placed on so they do not ever touch the ground and there is food, water, toys, and bones in there for them. I never take my puppies to the dog yard. I always pay more and get a booth. I also sell pitbull puppies and when someone is interested in my puppies i always ask what there intentions are for my puppy. I will not under any circumstances sell to anyone that is going to fight it. I will give my puppies away before i sell them to someone to fight them. They are my babies. I know that alot of the people there are cruel to there animals but not everyone. I have also bought dogs that were abused from there so that i could find them good homes. Me and my daughter will get dogs from there and take them to the Corinth Animal Shelter, which is an amazing place. It is very hard to know what the best decision is when it comes to deciding whether to buy one of these dogs that are certainly products of a puppy mill because if people buy them then that just makes the owners want to buy more and breed more but it is so hard and heartbreaking to leave them their. I also don't agree with chaining a dog. It is very cruel and demeaning. If i had to chain a dog to have it then i don't need it. I am blessed to be able to live in the country and my dogs get to run free and enjoy life. The only dog i have that has to stay up is a female that is very dog aggressive and she has never been on chain. I had my backyard chainlink fenced and i also have a 24 by 17 foot porch with a top for her so she doesn't feel caged.

    Comments: ANIMALS should not be allowed "FOR SALE" at this flea Market due to the inhumane treatment. Alot of them are STOLEN PETS and have not been taken care of. The people selling should be required to have a license and keep photo id's and registration papers of the people who purchase these pets.

    Comments: Ironically,this weekend I watched a video on HBO titled "Dealing Dogs". It was a documented film of the Martin Creeks Kennels in Arkansas. It showed video of flea markets selling animals. It showed the process of "bunchers" and the class b licensed animal dealers. These license dealers are suppose to be regulated by the USDA. The horrible vision of someone strangling a dog to get him on a scale ( the tongue clearly turning purple from the lack of oxygen) and smacking him across the face because he was struggling for air, and the cold hearted sight of a man shooting a cocker spaniel 3 times with a 22 in the head will haunt me forever. I can only hope that more people become aware of the cruel and intentional acts of these people, these so called "animal lovers". It makes me SICK!

    Comments: I have seen many animals mistreated and when I ask the owners they just ignore me. Its very humid and extremely hot and a lot of these animals dont have water. I saw a young dog in a chicken cage he couldnt even turn he was stuck in 1 posistion.

    Comments: I just went to the Ripley Flea Market this weekend. It was so sad seeing "most" of the poor animals out there in horrible conditions. There was maybe 3/4 people that actually had very good conditions for the animals. Stop the trashy enviroment for these animals it is very pathetic.
