I am here to try and prevent further animal neglect and abuse from the Monda family that resides at 505 Parker St. Conneaut, OH, 44030. They have left two dogs outside of their home in bellow freezing weather and snow. This is cruel and evil for anyone to do, making these dogs suffer chained up outside with very limited shelter is awful. This petition will go to the local police dept. and humane society. Please, think about the animals, thank you.
