Please sign this petition if you agree that the Coulee Region Humane Society of Onalaska, Wisconsin should allow the fostering of animals to volunteers of the shelter. The Coulee Region Humane Society is a kill shelter, giving more reason that people should be able to provide their services to animals in need of them and spread the word of adoption.
