All living things have rights. Human beings have the right to many rights such as the right to vote, the right to equality, the right to fair treatment and ……... Animals, however, don’t have the same rights as humans. Many animals around the world get beat to death every day, until they die. According to Google , “Cruelty to animals, also called animal abuse or animal neglect, is the intentional infliction by humans of suffering or harm upon any non-human animal, for purposes other than self-defense or survival”. Animal abuse is a global problem. It can not be ignored.

Animals are not our slaves. We buy animals for pets not to watch them suffer. According to ‘‘DO Something. Org’’, more than 50% the fur in the US comes from China, where millions of dogs and cats are often bled to death and skinned alive for their fur. Products that are made with animal fur could possibly be from animals that were hurt to get that fur, there’s no sure way of knowing whose skin you’re in. Another fact is Over 115 million animals – mice, rats, dogs, cats, rabbits, monkeys, birds, among others – are killed in laboratory experiments worldwide for chemical, drug, food, and cosmetics testing every year. Finallly, It’s been estimated that there are 900 to 2,000 new cases every year of animal hoarding in the US, with 250,000 animals falling victim.

Animal rights teach us that certain things are wrong as a matter of principle, that there are some things that it is morally wrong to do to animals. Human beings must not do those things, no matter what the cost to humanity of not doing them. Human beings must not do those things, even if they do them in a humane way. Rather than being adorable we should still respect them, or just don’t get a pet if your going to abuse it, get a pet for you to enjoy and play, not watch it suffer. Animals are just like humans, they should be treated fairly and with respect. The more animal cruelty the more people would fall in into that sport, but the more love, and care, and respect , more people will follow in the right path. Animals should have the same rights as us but unfortunately they have probably a quarter of the rights we have .

Animals aren't enemies, they can be a white fluffy ball that just wants to cuddle or play.If everyone in the world would stop, and care, this would stop, and animals would not have to worry if they are going to get feed today, or if they are going to get to sleep inside today. .Animal cruelty should stop, animals should have rights, and they should be loved.
