   Comments: I believe the Congressional authorization granting you the power to invade Iraq no longer applies. It authorized force only because of WMD presence and the link between Iraq and Al Qaeda. Both have now been proved false. I have notified my two senators and representative of this view. If you want authority to increase troop levels, then seek a new authorization bill, which states your reasons clearly and the basis for which you will measure the results of this new build-up.
