Andover. There's an old leisure center. An overpriced cinema. Some charity shops too. Is it any wonder that there are a lot of teens bored out on the streets? Iceskating. It's fun, healthy and not overly expensive. From ages 5-85, it's for everyone. It would give everyone something to enjoy. It would reduce obesity. It would get kids off of the streets. It would give Andover something that we could be proud of. If you support the idea of getting Andover an ice rink, all you have to do is sign your name to this petition. It will be taken to the very people who have the power to get one built!
