Anakapalle Municipality is supposed to maintain clean environment for the people. Instead of that they dump compost in the middle of the town at Sharada Nagar and burn it and creating heavy toxic smoke causing sleepless nights, burning nose and throat, breathing problems, very severe attachs to asthma patients and leading to health hazard people living in that town. The petitioners wants the activity stopped hence forth and Municipality should cover all the citizens with a health insurance policy to take care of the citizens going to be effected by this toxic pollution.
