Comments: Please consider allowing these patients to make their own choice. Headaches sometimes have no clear etiology and we take aspirin for them. Aspirin has many potential side effects, as do numerous other medications. How can something that has been being prescribed for 20 years to a select few not get approval? For many patients, this may be their only hope. Let them decide!

Comments: conditional approval would allow company accesses to a much larger patient population.

Comments: I recovered spontaneously (over 8 years) from chronic fatigue syndrome in the early 1990s, while a friend of mine with the same symptoms and similar blood profile as mine, and who was dying, was administered Ampligen in a drug trial and attributes his stabilization and substantial recovery to Ampligen. I realize this information is "anecdotal", but I also know as one who personally experienced the syndrome and has known others who have experienced the syndrome how physically debilitating it can be and how it can be life threatening to the most severely afflicted patients. Even if Ampligen produces uneven results among clusters of patients, it makes eminent sense to me to make it available on some basis to the small group of patients whose lives become unbearable or who are at risk of dying. Comments: Dear FDA, 20 years now with nearly no hope for improvement. How many more years of waiting after a rejection, 2 maybe 5, maybe 10? How much people will decide for suicide during waiting more years??? The USA must start, then will other countries follow! 300.000 Germans, 1.000.000 US-citizens 20.000.000 people of the world are looking at your hands and pray for the right decision! Let the patients decide !!!!! Give some Hope, please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't play GOD !!!

Comments: It is imperative that the drug Ampligen be approved for use for CFS sufferers. We have significant improvement in the health of CFS patients who before hand had little hope for a functional life as a contributing citizen of the United States. Approve this drug.
