Comments: Whatever the problems with this 20 plus year history of a small tech company trying to jump through hoops, the fact is, that ther has been nothing else to address natural Killer cell dysfunction in the CFS/ ME presentation.

Comments: My wife has suffered enough, and I feel Ampligen may be the medicine that helps to give her her life back. She's currently being treated with Ampligen. I am driving her twice a week for a total of 500 miles roundtrip just so she can access this very needed treatment. Please approve this drug so she and anyone else who need treatment may have access to it. To not approve this drug would keep many people from living the lives they were meant to live.

Comments: I know people who have benefited from Ampligen. I know people who didn't. But those who benefit should be allowed to use Ampligen, and get their lives back. Research should continue to identify those who are likely to benefit and those who won't. At least some people will be helped.

Comments: Not all drugs will help all people who have the same disease. Treatment for Hep C will cure some but not all. And the treatment itself is very difficult to go through. So if Ampligen helps some but not all do your best to find a reason to approve it soon.

Comments: There are NO approved therapies for this illness, and the laboratory results clearly show improvement after Ampligen therapy. the FDA needs to take a look at the data from the AMP-511 Cost-recovery program and APPROVE Ampligen as it does work for some people !!

Comments: This affects the lives of more than just the ones diagnosed with this disease, but their friends and families as well. You have heard from respected physicians who have spent years researching the cause and treatment for those suffering. Please don't let politics be the determining factor in a decision that will affect the rest of their lives.
