My wife has officially left our home in june 2009. tnough she had been living in a seperate bedroom for many tears that. she has also taken our minor son with her. I got the admission of the son in the changer school in April 2009. I hace complied with all school regulations of the school and have paid the fees. i have entertained her in my house, sent her presents, as also made many requests ti let the son spend time with me. she has claimed that the son does not want it. He is a minor, where does the question arise. I have a serious problem, developed in December 2008, in the ULNA nerve of the right hand imparing motor coordination of three fingers almost impossible. this is the main reason I think, for we have lived together for 24 years, during which i have looked after her two daughters from a previous marriage. I have even performed the 'Kanyadan' of one of them. I am Sixty Two years of age. i need a wife at this time in life as I have looked after her and her children of previous marriage like my own so that I have a family. Because of this infirmity my income has reduced, however she has a good job which she took up only three years ago. After all we sis get married in traditional hindu way by going round the fore, which means to me that she had sworn publicly to be with me through thick or thin. it is 18 months and she has not filed a petition or publivly ccused me of any form of cruelty.
