Knowing The Confederated Tribes Of Grand Ronde is a sovereign nation they do not need to follow some Federal/State laws, this means The ADA is not in effect at SMGI.

I believe this act should come into place in some circumstances. If one is not physically/mentally able to be successful in their current position one should be given the option to be considered for a position they are capable of being successful in. If one is not capable of being successful in any available position then farther action may be required, but not until all other options have been considered.

I am not only speaking for fellow tribal past and present SMGI employees, I am speaking for ALL SMGI employees past and present who may or have lost their position due to medical reasons.

If We can get at least 50 signatures maybe this will open the door to concern.
