Amend US Constitution: Popular Vote Elects the President

The petition

This Petition which shall be hereinafter refered to as the "People's President Amendment Petition", calls for the Congress of the United States to amend the Constitution whereby the popular vote elects the President and Vice President.

Qualified candidates recieving the greatest number of popular votes shall be elected.
