| 251 | Kristine Glover | oakviewkriss@att.net | My caseload is currently 72 individuals of transition age. Our agency has just mandated an additional (3rd meeting) annually that is not required by the state or federal regs and that is to be held at the school they attend --- prior to the IEP and seperate from the IPP. It is to be 2 hours long and only for the purpose of discussing what will be discussed at the IEP---- the school's agenda. I have worked as a coordinator for 7 years have a Master's degree and may be leaving soon because I cannot even afford the co-pays for my children to see the doctor. |

| 262 | Anonymous | Anonymous | I had a caseload of 80-90 for a year and a half! I work in Early Start with infant to 3 year olds. We're supposed to have 45 per service coordinator! I feel that I am diligent about providing services, but there would be so much more I could do personally to support the children and their families. Maybe DDS and the RCs don't really want me to, because it would mean spending more money! (I'm really good at my job...). Think about it! |
| 263 | Anonymous | Anonymous | The Regional center need more Case Workers.
The clients of the Regional Center really need better quality of service. It is difficult to establish a effective communication with the Case Manager and client during "Transition" to adulthood, when in a period of 2 years a client had 3 Case Managers, some of them the client did not have opportunity to meet with. That is our case. |
