Comments: It is a continuous struggle to fill vacant case manager positions. A significant reduction in average caseload size and a significant salary increase would result in less turnover and facilitate recruitment of new case managers.

Comments: I agree that the case managers should be paid a fair salary. Their task is not easy and we need people who are capable of pursuing the needs of our developmentally disabled with conviction and with our support. I am a parent of a Down

Comments: I believe Case Managers have a very challenging job, and they fully deserve to be compensated fairly. Without them, many children would not get the assistance they need.

Comments: I have been concerned lately as RCEB Case Managers have not been attending IEPs. I have learned that is because there are not enough Case Managers. I supervise severely involved students placed in nonpublic schools where the involvement of Case Managers is critical to the families and students. This raise is long overdue. The workers are devoted and work very hard. This despite the fact they have had no increases in pay for 9 years! Please support this measure. Susan Keeffe Parent/ Sp.Ed. Administrator

Comments: Providing Case Managers with knowledge and adjusted case load should serve the Disability community better. But as consumers, we should monitor their performance if this passes. Too many times we support changes such as these with minimum result for the disabled community.
