We, the undersigned, agree to amend the current deed restrictions of Champion Lake as follows: Allowance for signs, that show support and spirit for our young residents and the activities they are involved in to be displayed tastefully in our front yard. Examples are: "Home of a Cavalier Varsity Football Player", "Home of a Knox Cheerleader", etc... What better way to display to a potential Champion Lake homeowner that we truly are a family oriented community. Thank you for showing your support and encouragement to our young people for their hard work and accomplished efforts.
