We, the undersigned,
propose to amend the
14th Amendment
of the Constitution of the United States,
to replace all "person(s)"
with
"natural person(s)"
to make it clear
that all such rights apply to the human individual; naturally-born (born of a human mother)
as intended
by the people of the United States.
(The rights enumerated do not apply to so-called "artificial persons".)
