1) No ABoR employee may receive direct or indirect compensation from any current or potential vendor, a vendor's parent company, or a vendor's subsidiaries.

2) ABoR may not enter into or modify any data or technology agreement without the unanimous approval of an ABoR member-only committee or task force with at least 10 member representatives.
