This is to request that AMD maintains it's claim to "drive, foster, and support innovation" by supporting what the graphics and technology community believes to be a promising and potentially highly beneficial technology called "Unlimited Detail Technology", pioneered by Bruce R. Dell.

The technology has the potential to improve graphic detail by as much as 1000x if not more and change gaming, education, research, mapping and much, much more. Support by a major player like AMD that has a major graphics market share could accelerate it's implementation and make this technology a reality for us all. We chose AMD as it is a major player that supports open initiatives and those that have the potential to help push technology in the computer industry forward.

Many innovative technologies are overlooked because they're not necessarily very profitable to existing corporations, and thus fall by the wayside and into oblivion. Let's not let it happen to this amazing breakthrough in graphics technology! Put your name towards having AMD recognise that it's customers and the global community at large want to see them help bring this innovation to life!

Note: Some individuals have concerns about the legitimacy of UD, but this petition is just for AMD to work with the makers of UD to see it's viability and if it is, work towards integration and standardisation in the computer graphics industry. It is not for financing/sponsorship of UD. Also, this petition is by individuals not affiliated with UD, but is approved by Bruce R. Dell & his associates.
