Name: Shelly on Apr 17, 2008Comments: It's despicable that someone is being treated this way over a review, and it's a sad thing that Amazon has allowed this sort of behavior to flourish unchecked. They need to take the steps outlined above immediately to prevent their customers from being abused, or they can expect this customer to go elsewhere. Barnes and Noble and Powell's are looking better every minute.Flag

I have been a loyal customer of Amazon for 7 years, but I will no longer purchase my books from them until they fix this problem. I will shop elsewhere. Amazon won't get *my* $$$Flag

Name: Kim Hand on Apr 17, 2008Comments: I'm an Amazon customer in good standing, but I refuse to spend another penny there until this intolerable situation regarding the voting abuse, and reviewer stalking and harassment by author Deborah MacGillivray is dealt with, and harshly. This woman has abused the system, cheated readers, and hornswaggled Amazon customers with relative impunity for long enough. I flatly refuse to buy any products from Amazon.com until this con artist has her ability to stalk and harass others severely curtailed, and an Amazon representative reinstates customer reba belle as an Amazon member in good standing. Oh, and a formal apology to her would be nice as well.Flag

Name: Kristie on Apr 17, 2008Comments: I am appalled at this whole situation. I've know for a while that some authors 'play' the system at Amazon and when I find out which authors do, I no longer purchase their books as to me it's a form of cheating and I will not support cheaters. I also realize this is very difficult to police and I don't really expect it. However, this situation is way past simply cheating. This is a form of cyber terrorism. I sincerely hope that Amazon takes action in this matter. If no action is taken, you can be assured, that in my opinion, Amazon are accessories in this and they will no longer receive any business I might have had with them. I have bought from Amazon in the past and I've always been very pleased with the service. I truly hope this continuesFlag
