| 163 | Anonymous | There are standards of right and wrong. She crossed them. Amazon's failure to respond is wrong as well. |
| 164 | Anne in Houston | Amazon should not make it so easy for mentally unstable people such as MacGillivray to harass and threaten readers who post reviews on Amazon's site.
As a long-standing and frequent customer of Amazon's, I hope Amazon will remedy this situation immediately. I will not purchase from them again until the system is changed for the better. |

| 168 | Terrie Figueroa | Manipulation of this magnitude, and the illegality of Ms. MacGillivray's harrassment of the reviewer scream for an investigation, and a fair and equitable resolution |
| 169 | Anonymous | Amazon reviews have always been flawed. Fixing reviews based on score, and on the ISBN number would be a vast improvement. |
| 170 | Fedora Chen | MacGillivray's actions are outrageous and should not be tolerated by Amazon or her publishers. Do not allow her to ruin the system for other authors nor allow her to abuse paying Amazon customers. I will be awaiting Amazon's actions regarding Reba Belle's status and the review system before deciding whether to continue to shop here. |

| 173 | Anonymous | The authors should not only lose the right to post reviews and participate in the forums, but all books by those authors should be pulled from the shelves and not sold on Amazon, and all future books banned as well. This goes beyond a bitter insecure writer snarking to a reader -- she commited a federal crime, stalking and threatening someone for having the temerity to think her book was 'average.' Such egregious behvaior should not be allowed without consequences.
If Amazon is unwilling to act upon this, I will be taking my online purchasing business to Barnes and Noble. I believe MacGillivray's behavior to be reprehensible, and will not provide her with royalties or your company a profit from her sociopathic behavior. |

| 181 | Anonymous | Cyberstalking is, unfortunately, seldom taken seriously. That ought to change.
Collecting someone's name, adress and personal information, as well as that of their family, with malicious intent is a very serious matter, and should be seen as such. |
