52 AnonymousI came across this on another author's forum website, where this story has reached. I find it disgusting and incredible, that this author actually hired a PI on to a reviewer because she gave it 3 stars (talk about a bunny boiler). Amazon seriously needs to implement new rules on the reader reviewing process. I hope Reba gets her reviewer status back on Amazon, and that Amazon pull their socks up. As for Deborah Anne MacGillivray, I've never heard of you before and now that I have, I certainly would never puchase any of your books. You are a disgrace to writers!!!!

56 AnonymousIf I can't trust the ratings left by reviewers what is the point of having them? The actions of this person are unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. I am asking that my name be listed as "anonymous" because this person/persons cannot be trusted to act rationally.

60 Jen N.This kind of internet terrorism CAN NOT be tolerated! Amazon needs to step up to the plate and do the right thing instead of sticking their heads in the sand and catering to those who can help them make money. I know in the future I'll think twice before buying anything through them or even posting a review on their site.
61 Jane LitteI want to be able to rely on Amazon reviews as truthful renderings of a reader's personal opinions, no matter how different they are from mine.

67 AnonymousThreats, bullying, manipulation of review scores, removal of 'negative' reviews, treating the victims as the criminal - none of these things should be happening, and should not be happening in Amazon's name or with Amazon's assistance. Please reinstate Reba Belle as a reviewer and user in good standing as she was trying to defend herself against heinous acts, and forever ban Deborah MacGillivray from your sites and services for her appalling terrorism of other users.

71 AnonymousI checked this out because a friend has been talking about this-- I find it appalling. I am an Amazon customer and cannot believe they would ignore this.

77 AnonymousI am appalled that Amazon didn't investigate this issue further before taking action. They most certainly need to practice what they preach and should be held to the standard they claim to uphold. As for this Deborah Anne person - she just needs to GO AWAY!

81 Wendy KeelThis is not right and should not be allowed to continue.
82 Joanne FeinerThe treatment "Reba Belle" has endured is a disgrace. DeborahAnne MacGillivray should not be allowed to harass reviewers on Amazon.com, or any other site. She should also not be allowed to engineer and/or implement a conspiracy to commit fraudulent acts on consumers of Amazon products. In addition, Amazon has behaved in a disgraceful and unethical manner to knowingly allow this fraud and abuse to continue, and have condoned it by banning "Reba Belle."

86 AnonymousI support Reba and I sincerely hope that amazon takes serious notice to this. I am displaying myself anonymously because I don't want Deborah MacGillivray or any of her friends to know my name. Like Reba, I have children and family and I do not want to take the chance they would be targeted by these people.

90 D. ShawStalkerish behavior bordering on the criminal, as well as review manipulation doesn't exactly encourage people to review Amazon's product or buy them for fear of either being harassed or misled by fraudelent misrepresentation of the product.
