| 651 | L. Paris | Amazon, get your shit together! These are some pretty sad business practices and I, for one, will not be buying from Amazon anymore until this matter has been satisfactorily resolved. |

| 661 | S. Schwendner | I object to the imbalane of banning Reba within days of the incident, while this author continues to remove negative reviews, and to use her minions (and investigation by a privite ihvestigator) to browbeat and threaten Reba's children. All of this occurs under the aegis of the Amazon discussion forum.
Legally, morally, ethically, and every other code for human behavior requires a full, fair and imparitial investigation into this harrassment, cyberstalking, maliciousness and threats. Then fair and equal consequences must follow, including an examination of procedures in Amazon's product reviews to ensure that an incident like this doesnot occur again. |
| 662 | K. Curtis | I could write a small book on the subject of Amazon.com's bad behavior based solely on what I and a few friends have experienced over the course of a few years, so this particular incident really doesn't surprise me in the least. The company appears to be highly compartmentalized, and thus, employees seem to be rather protected from within their own departments; it is extremely difficult to protest an action beyond just the first or second layer of oversight. Amazon left me so doggoned exasperated that I stopped buying directly from the company some time ago. |
| 663 | Anonymous | As long as Amazon has guidelines governing interactions on its website and terms of use statements, then Amazon must enforce those guidelines equally and without prejudice. Surely threats and harassment are grounds for termination of privileges. I'm amazed that the company has allowed this to go on for as long as it has. |
| 664 | Julie McKitrick | |
| 665 | Patricia Green | I hope that eventually this is resolved and that those persons involved in the cyberstalking are held accountable for their criminal actions. |

| 669 | Anonymous | Unforgivable behavior by both the author and amazon. It's a shame when the right of freedom of speech gets manipulated by someone who is obviously mentally unstable and a potential danger to herself and others. |

| 678 | Mercy A.B. | Reba’s rights restored and to ban DAM |
| 679 | Anonymous | This is just awful. Amazon needs to be fair, and people need to get off their high horses, and realize that just because they wrote a book, does not mean it is actually good and ergo deserves good reviews and nothing else. |
| 680 | Paul Griffin | Amazon has a growing history of ignoring justice and simply applying cookie cutter decisions to all, regardless of circumstances. You fail to review these cases and mete out draconian decisions that punish the innocent.
Amazon, to continue functioning, must apply the high standards of service that have brought success to the sales department to the reviews, blogs, and abuse reporting and review.
This is not controversial: it is logical. To otherwise will allow other FINE services, such as BarnesandNoble.com, to eventually wipe out Amazon.
Amazon has clearly - in this case, as well as the case of Stephen McCarthy - failed to serve justice. The victims have become the ones punished, while the bullies go free.
Shame, shame on you, Amazon! |

| 683 | Nick Brett | This is an utter disgrace. Shame on both DAM and Amazon. |
| 684 | Paul Stein | Clean up Amazon's automated feedback/complaint system. Force human interface and human reponses to complaints. |

| 686 | Anonymous | Deborah Anne MacGillivray should be banned from Amazon forever for this unprofessional abuse. |
| 687 | maria e silva | Legio Mortis Assassin is another stalker, involved in a series of practices like submitting Negative votes and molest women in their private mails with nasty, racial and sexual comments. |
| 688 | Deb H | Let's be fair here! |
| 689 | sanne kaasen | This behaviour - further victimizing a customer who was abused due to Amazon negligence and enabling system - is beyond the pale. |

There are many, many other places for me to buy books on-line. |
| 694 | T. Allen | Granted this is a minor author of schlocky novels, but her ability to get away with these actions on your site is reprehensible. This is why I have a full shopping cart on your site and no intention of checking out ever again. |
