NICOLE BOWES | People have a right to their opinions. If Amazon does nothing then it means that they approve of the actions taken by DeborahAnne MacGillivray. If that is the case then I can take my business somewhere else.

allison | I'm shocked and appalled at amazon's behavior, especially. An author behaving badly is one thing but for a company to tacitly support and encourage threats against their own consumers while banning them and disallowing their voice is disgusting.

Dariel Hendy | I have been a customer of Amazon for many years, and am dismayed by what's been going on there. I use those reviews to help me find books to purchase, but now feel I can't trust the reviews. Amazon should do something about this now rather than later or not at all. That a reviewer was threatened and been banned by Amazon, is just not acceptable as she was not the guilty party. I will not purchase any books from Amazon until this matter has been addressed.

Susannah Scruggs | Amazon has acted very unfairly in this situation.
Troyce Wilson | If this is an example of the treatment Amazon shows towards it's customers, then I'll just forgo my premier account and shop exclusively at Barnes & Nobles.
Anonymous | As an Amazon customer I am appalled at the way that Amazon has handled this. I find it deplorable that Amazon would allow an author to harass a customer in this manner.

Adam Foster-Fahy | Amazon shouldnt be expected to police the interent, they are a book vendor not a social network provider. But if they allow this sort of abuse to take place in their domain then that is no good for anyone.
Miriam van Veen | MacGillivray's actions casts a dark shadow on all authors.
Kalen Hughes | This abuse of the Amazon system and of honest readers can not be allowed to continue.

| 538 | Anonymous | Absolutely inappropriate and dangerous. Please, do not let this reader be maligned in this way when she did nothing wrong. You are punishing the wrong person.

Donna Goodin | This needs to stop and it is up to Amazon to do something about it. It reflects badly on Amazon. You have been around to long to let some 2 bit author pull this stunt and ruin your good standing

Prue | This astounds me. I can't quite believe how badly Reba was treated. I feel for Reba and am very wary of using Amazon again.
Amber Lynch |
Pat Suckiel | these actions are wrong and I will not purchase anything from Amazon again
Kasper Sijmen Bruins | I understand it is too much work to administrate everything without automation. But once something as serious as blatant review and rating fraud comes to light, action needs to be taken. Relations with authors and publishing houses is nice and all, but you are actively allowing them to screw over *your* customers. Please take a minute to think it over.
Anonymous | As a faithful Amazon.com and Amazon.ca customer for many years, I can only wish for justice in this case.
