1- Governments must recognize Amazigh people in their constitutions.
2- Tamazight (Amazigh language) should be an official language beside the country language(s).
3 - Governments must implement laws making the teaching of Tamazight compulsory at all levels (primary and high schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions). The teaching of the Amazigh language must be carried out in a free system. Governments must guarantee the funds and resources necessary for the development of the needed teaching aids.
4 - Governments must carry out a serious revision of the current history courses and programs. There are true falsifications of the history of those countries.
5 - Governments must create a television channel as well as local and regional radios in the Amazigh language. The Amazigh people have every right to benefit from the media as much as the other citizens.
6 â For a transit period, a creation by the States of a body of interpreters who would serve in the public administrations, courts and hospitals. Their role would be to help the Amazigh speakers communicate, and get their administrative concerns resolved. Hundreds of thousands of people give up what is rightfully theirs due to linguistic problems when it comes to dealing with the authorities and the administration.
7 - Governments should not deprive Amazigh people to choose names they want for their children.
8 - Governments must guarantee a place for Amazigh artistic activities in the public sector. It must provide the necessary means to the modernization of Amazigh arts in the various fields
(Literature, music, film, theater, dance, architecture, decorative arts, etc). Amazigh artists must be granted the same material and moral advantages as other language-speaking counterparts.
9 - Governments must put an end to the butchering of Amazigh places names
10- Governments must provide the Amazigh cultural organizations with enough grants to carry out their work in the best possible circumstances.
11 - Governments must grant Amazigh publications that work to preserve and defend the Amazigh cultural heritage the same financial assistance granted to other publications appearing in the other languages.
12 - Governments must put an end to its practice of suppression of Amazigh associationsâ activities. Amazigh people must be guaranteed the freedom to organize themselves.
13 - Governments must set up an adequate program of economic development of the underprivileged areas, where the majority of Amazigh speakers live.
14 - Governments must repatriate all of the Amazigh symbols wherever they are to be buried in their natives' villages.
