   Comments: This man is my father and needs to be free. He was forced to commit the sexual assualt & kidnapping by a serial killer with a gun. This man was being threatened with his kids lives and other family members. Should he have just gotten himself killed and never have a chance to warn anybody much less his kids that they were in jeopardy Or just go along with it and wait until he could wait no more. He turned himself in 3 1/2 months after the crime. He could not live with it. He was still being threatened while his daughter lived with him. Texas Paroles & Pardons released Kenneth Allen McDuff on 2 other deaths from prison. My father had never been in trouble for anything of this nature. It's just not HIM at all!

   Comments: Alva Hank Worley is a vital part of our family. He is a very kind,giving,loving man. He has a huge suportive family that needs him home. The no-other-choice plea bargin for aggrevated sexual rape has been satisfied. He has been inprisoned for 15 long years. That is 1/3 of his sentence as under the grandfather clause should qualify him for his parole. We beg the board for mercy and promise to help him be a productive citizen. In God we pray.

   Comments: My Uncle Hank has a heart of gold and has missed alot of things that have taken place since his arrest. For instance,he hasn't been there to see his children grow up and have kids of their own, and know each of his grandchildren and all the things they love. He missed the opportunity to get to truly know his older brother(my Daddy) in the last few years of his life. He has served his time well and will live with that horrible night the rest of his life. Please allow my Uncle Hank the chance to recover what life he has left. I'm not saying he wasn't at fault , becuase he was and now its time to set him free! As it is stated in Ecclesiates 3:4 there is a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. This is his time to Laugh and Dance!

   Comments: I served time with Hank on the Clements Unit in Amarillo, Texas where he and I spent alot of time talking about our lives when we'd get out and how we missed our families. Two years after i met Hank, i found out why he was in prison, via a news broadcast. Hank is a great guy, and I'm saying this from personally knowing him in a world where friendship is as rare as a diamond. Hank once saved my life in there by standing with me against a gang of men who wanted to kill me. Never did I ask him to help me, and never will I be able to thank him enough. Hank needs to be released to come back out into society and pursue the life that all of us are allowed to life. He has paid his "debt to society" that people say we must pay, and now he needs to be allowed to return to his normal life with his family.
