PLEASE BE ADVISED that the following persons submit this petition in support of a letter dated August 3, 2005 from suspended attorney Alton H. Maddox, Jr. for "an order to automatically and immediately lift [his] unnecessarily protracted suspension from the practice of law in this Court under Rule 1.5(e) of the Local Rules. This suspension commenced in December 1990 without a hearing as required under Rule 1.5(d) of the Local Civil Rules...."
