Ally Financial is ripping us off

Ally Financial hires companies in foreign countries, who have no idea what is going on. Instead of giving jobs to fellow Americans, they are way too gready to care!!! I paid my truck off 100%!!! Yet these fees are appearing out of NOWHERE, and no one in these foreign counties knows why!! And they state because it's a different department. It's not a different department, it's a different company in a different country. I bet Ally is ripping off thousands of Americans!!! They won't release the title until I pay $890.00 THAT I DON'T OWE, for what they say are additional charges, FOR WHAT? They need to be exposed and STOPPED!
