To the Federal Telecommunications Commission: It is an unfair access issue to allow a telecommunications company to use the pulic airwaves to charge consumers twice for the same data service based on how the paid for service is accessed. Consumers should be allowed to "sip" or access paid for data on a nondiscriminatory basis. As long as the account is paid, it should not matter if a consumer connects a computer or laptop or tablet to his or her cell phone. We paid for the data, so let us use it how we want too. It's our data plan and it should be our choice how we access it. By signing this petition, we are requesting that all telecommunications companies using the public airwaves be ORDERED to immediately allow consumers to "sip" or access paid for data on a nondiscriminatory basis without purchasing a costly and duplicative data plan for each device.
