Hi everyone, Thank you so much for your support! Philadelphia has made this regulation officially legal. We are not allowed to the homeless outdoors. We will continue to fight this. I am thankful to be able to share that the ACLU of PA and other organizations are suing the city of Philadelphia for this law against feeding the homeless.
