We are pleading for the Denver Juvenile Court to return my 14 1/2 year old non verbal nephew who has Autism was permanently placed in a foster care group home two years ago by the Denver Juvenile Court magistrate. She made this desicion for no other reason but for some missed school days. We are asking for him to be returned home to his loving family where he is loved, well cared for, safe and happy. He does not belong in foster care. He is not thriving in the group home and his needs are not being met. His anxiety is so severe from living there that he has been on four dangerous antipsychotic drugs that have not at all helped him. He would not need to be on any medications if he were home where he wants to be and where he belongs. Please help us make the court realize that he belongs at home. Thank you!
