Horse racing is fun and very entertaining. Although we have a lot of people that loves horse racing in the city of Charlottesville and it's surrounding counties, we have to go great distances to wager a bet on a horse race. So I have started a petition to present to the city of Charlottesville to allow Off Track Betting in the city. If you like horse racing please sign the petition so that we can try to get an OTB in Charlottesville. Thank you.
