Lately we've been receiving violation notices for simply parking vehicles on the street. I looked into the covenants and discovered that it is not illegal for us to park on the street, it is something they feel makes the community more attractive. As a hardworking home owner we own more than two (2) cars, parking in the driveway is not most convenient to us nor many of you. Let's try to change this covenant so those of us who need the extra parking in front of our own homes may do so without the fair and worry of fines. I propose parking be allowed in front of your home as long as the vehicle is: operational, in good to fear condition, with current tags. I would support that parking not be permitted within 10-20' of a corner just so emergency vehicles can make the turn. Together we can make a difference where we live. Thank you.
