As licensed skin care professionals in the State of California, the regulation, as recently adopted, would greatly impede our ability to earn a living and improve the lives of those suffering from acne. We demand that you rescind the new wording in the regulations and remove any ambiguity as to this right, explicitly permit estheticians to perform services on acneic skin by stating so in the regulations.
