The Alliance Argonauts team has recently lost their head coach. The club wants to bring in a new coach, but this is unnecessary for many reasons.

Max Douge (former assistant coach) has been associated with Alliance as a coach for five years and has been in the game of soccer for 40 years. He has lots of experience with soccer and knows how the team works with each other on, and off the field. Lots of success last season and in the current season is attributed to Coach Max, his skills, knowledge and passion for soccer. The introduction of a new coach will not help the success of our team, only destroy it. No longer will the team have full trust in the coaches. The time period in which the new coach adapts and gains chemistry with the team, will greatly damage our success throughout the season. This new coach can and will distract us in our practices, meetings, and especially in our games. Please sign to help save our team
