Name: Jonathan Wills on Apr 4, 2010Comments: I am a qualified Allen Carr therapist and quit smoking five years ago by reading Allen's book. I see smokers every week in my clinic and help them to see they can achieve it too. I hope t see teh day when others in the medical establishment and governments around the world finally adopt Allen's genius! Long live his memory and God rest his soul. Allen saved my life, and I'm honoured to keep his method alive and to continue where he left off. If you're a smoker reading this for God's sake buy the book, buy the video, buy the DVD, get the CD ROM, go to a clinic, play the Nintendo DS or iPhone version of his method. Get it anyway you can and keep your mind open, follow Allen's instructions and you will find it incredibly easy. Millions of people around the world have had the same experience - you can too. Go for it! What have you got to lose?Flag

Name: Peter Jordan on Apr 5, 2010Comments: Just can't understand why this method which has the best success rates is not the obvious way to help nicotine addicts. Having used this method myself I can vouch for the effectiveness of overcoming withdrawal once I understood the nature of the trap. My freedom was instant and after 6 years no desire whatsoever in all that time to have a cigarette.Flag

Name: Laura McWhirter on Apr 6, 2010Comments: I attended a seminar in January 2009 and have not smoked since. I had tried various other methods before and my family thought I was mad to 'waste my money on this claptrap', 'they would tell me not to smoke if I gave them my money' - all the usual comments but they are also delighted that I no longer smoke. I can't recommend this service enough..Flag

Name: Paul R Murray on Apr 6, 2010Comments: There is no question in my mind that the NHS should be making full use of this approach as a far more positive and effective way to change the mentality of a smoker to that of a non-smoker. The Easyway method deals with issues way beyond the more usual scare tactics and compels individuals to really face the fact that smoking is a complete waste of time by addressing all the "myths" about supposed reasons to keep smoking. Nicotine replacement is entirely flawed as a solution. I cannot praise the method and the man who presented it to me enough. Any goverment intent on removing social barriers to the cessation of smoking must surely recognize the inequalities in a country where such an amazing method is presently only accessible to those who can afford it, and has a duty to make it available to all.Flag

Name: Mary Irvine on Apr 9, 2010Comments: ve tried to explaine t others, but until you try its hard. I say its like being brain washed in a GOOD way about not smoking. No one ever thought I would stop, including me if Easyway didnt work. I had tried Patches, hypnotism, and other ways. I finished reading the book, threw my remaining smokes out, and that was it, that was in May 2008. What can I say but thank you Mr.Carr, rest in peace.Flag

It really made it easy for me to quit smoking and I have no desire to ever smoke again. I smoked more than a pack a day and was terrified to quit smoking, but by the time I finished this book I was ready to put out that last cigarette and begin my life as a non smoker.Flag

Name: Pamela Royston-Airey on Apr 22, 2010Comments: I arrived at Allen's clinic, having smoked for 43 years and having reached a more-than 40 per day level. Over the years I had tried every Stop method known to man. Six hours later I had smoked my last cigarette, and six years down the line I am smoke-free and so very, very grateful to him and his colleagues. Every smoker who desperately wants to quit should have access to this magic.Flag

It is criminal to deny people this treatment if they want to quit smoking. The majority of people i have met would love to attend a session but can not afford it. However their doctor is happy to prescribe nicorette patches for 3 months!!!! It is just wrong!!!Flag
