Seriously? Why are they pushing this through so fast when the other option is clearly superior. Bad move.
Keep the heritage alive instead of just another big box building. We need something with character here not just more city bureaucracy.
Total waste of good land. Let someone with an actual plan take over before it sits empty forever.
Enough with the bad decisions. Listen to us for once!!!
Forecast has the right vision for the waterfront. The Y deal just doesn't make any sense for this location. Do the right thing council.

Mark Porter actually cares about this city. This plan is way better than what the city is trying to shove down our throats.
