I am also a very active enviornmentalist. I have been working on envoirnmental issues since January,2001. Your movie "An Inconvenient Truth" just verified what I have learned already. Besides having the election stolen from you in 2000, I was very very distressed about the lack of organization in your campaign. Simply put, people did not do their job. In the state I was in, grassroots effort is very important. This among other things was not addressed. I honestly believe you could not only win but put tihs country back in the hands of the people. We the people, are disgusted and embarrased by the corrupt administration that took us into an unprecidented war, costing lives unnecessarily, the trashing of the constitution, wiretapping citizens without the proper warrants. I could go on and on but I think you know what needs to be done. I urge you to reconsider your decision not to run for president. I would also suggest that you may want to consider General Wesley Clark as a running mate. He would be a great asset. |
