| 147794 | Kelly | Burke | TN | |
| 147795 | Kate | Thomas | TN | I'm still holding out hope! |
| 147796 | Timothy | Andrews | NY | I believe Hillary can win and would be a good president. However, I've thought of Al Gore as the De Facto president since the 2000 election. For me, he is the conscience of not only the Democratic Party, but the conscience of our country. He was the first to come ou, fearlessly against this war in a speech given in San Francisco shortly following the invasion. Other tthan Dean, there were few leaders with the foresight and courage to voice their descent against this abominable war. Not counted among the fearless were Clinton, Kerry, and Edwards. I know that these three and others have had the tumerity to change their positions since then, but there is something to be said for the stalwart among us who voiced their conviction regardless of the vitriolic attacks from the rabid war mongering, authoritarian right wing reTHUGlicans in this country. For this and many other reasons, I would choose Al Gore above our other highly qualified dem candidates. Run Al, Run! |
