Comments: I herby send my support for the cause of mr. Alemu Ragassa. The TPLF regims subjugation of Oromo people is more intensfied now a days than ever before. For a civilized state like Norway it is easy to find this out. Many NGOS er bing expelld out of the country i the last few years, and they have enacted a low recently which out laws any civiorganazation sponsord by an foregner, even if the are runn by ehtiopians. The massmedia is also monoplized by TPLF, the independent press er closed by the "government", and they are persecuting and prosecuting any oromo who they think are supporters of oppositions party. Currently there are many oromo intellectuels who are sendt to jail with out fair trial. You can read this from Human right watch dogs report and Amenesty international. The fate of Mr. Alemu Ragassa will not be diffrent than those oromos who are bing sendt to jail due to theire poletical opnion. I therefor hamble requst UDI and thehonourable Judges to help him from prosecution, abdution or possible execution. Sinceerly Zerfachew

Comments: , Mr. Alemu Regassa was aware that the Ethiopian Government’s security network is everywhere, including the Kenyan soil. Since his activities in the Oromo struggle puts him in the search list of the securities, changing name is the easiest action he could take. It is also our genuine opinion that Mr. Alemu Regassa cannot be returned to Ethiopia. If done so, there are sufficient evidences indicating that he could be exposed to critical life threatening situation where there is no freedom and justice to defend himself. Therefore, we kindly appeal to you, Appeal Board members, that you do everything in your power to save the life of this individual
