In accordance to this act the (Safe) minerals may be mined inside Alaska.

These safe minerals are listed below,

Gold, Silver, Ruby, Beryl, Emerald, Sapphire, Topaz, garnet, andDiamond. All other minerals can not be mined ordrilled in any way. Only methods non-harmful to the wildlife and there homes may be used.
