| 1701 | Nicholas Ferguson | |
| 1702 | Rachel Dawn Scharf | I think you and Obama and Edwards in some capacity would help provide my generation, generation X, with the legislative capacity to save our planet. I believe you would work together with us rather than specifically kill we the people and our natural born rights. They aren't priveledges, they are rights and it is time we take them back. Someone of Presidential capacity has the position to spur such necessary social change. I see many people in this race and while the corporate media continues to be a well paid accomplice to voting fraud, I'm glad there are so many prospect and frankly there should be many more from now on.
By engaging in our behind the scenes action, a presidential candidate will realize the amount of effort U.S. citizens and I'm sure aliens alike are already putting forth into taking our country back. I personally set up every meeting between activists and congress people in NJ and successfully lobbied for the strongest U.S. legislation to combat climate change, NJ's Global Warming Response Act. At this time I am also expanding support of the Lane Evans Act which will bring our troops much needed medical benefits. Much like my friend Paul Reikchoff, the executive director and founder of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, I am a registered INDEPENDENT and I will not be voting in the Democratic primaries. Personally upon learning in depth the electoral process in grad school I never thought it made sense. It is time now that this old system is abolished. The U.S. was never meant to be an oligarchy. Let the cards and rhetoric fall! |
| 1703 | Candace Reckinger | Run, Al, run! |
| 1704 | Kirsten | |
| 1705 | Payje McGonigle | THERE IS NO OTHER CANDIDATE!
Al Gore is the only hope. |
| 1706 | Arlene Naylor | There is no other candidate fit to run for this office
BUT Al Gore! No one has the knowledge to get
US out of the hell hole Tush put US into! |
| 1707 | Chris Karnes | |
| 1708 | Sue Aber | Come on Al. We need you now. If you truly want to help the American people you will not wait to re-enter the political arena. You are our only hope to turn global warming and this whole mess the United States has gotten into in the middle east. You won before and you can do it again. Please help us. We need you, our children need you and our future generations are depending on you. Please don't fail us now. Run for President. This time you will win hands down. |

| 1711 | Claude Delphia | |
| 1712 | Debra Bermudes-Dziewit | |
| 1713 | Vincent Corcoran | We suffered greatly as a nation when he Al Gore lost in 2000. However, the Republican Congress that he would have worked would have attempted to destroy him. |
| 1714 | Anonymous | Go Al |
| 1715 | Patricia Jones | |
| 1716 | Anonymous | I voted for him in 2000 and would vote for him again. |
| 1717 | Meaghan Baron | |
| 1718 | Mark Elsis | He is the the best candidate for the job! Unlike like our current President, Mr Gore can both read, write and speak on issues of national consequence. The question remains, does he have the courage and fortitude to seek our nations highest office at a time when the nation needs a man of his vision? |
| 1719 | Richard Carpenter | |
| 1720 | Allan Hill | Dear Mr. Gore,
At this time of crisis and opportunity our continued ignorance of the subtle and not so subtle cries of our earth will put into play our just and horrific consequences for us and future generations to follow.
The choices we make in curtailing the constant abuse of our planet and its natural resources in the next few years will obviously become our legacy. Do we hand down death warrants to our future generations?
Mr. Gore, it is time for us to do away with excuses as a society and refuse to be continually led by those whose sole agenda is for personal or corporate wealth. Where is the benefit in the creation of all this wealth and yet lose our own health? Where would we spend it?
I ask that you re-consider, even as late as the hour is, to run for the lands highest office, combing an invincible ticket with the support of either Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton, respectively.
I believe in you and I know that you have a plan. We could once again work for the respect that we once enjoyed as a world partner, not the world cop. Once again, with a Gore/Obama ticket we could begin to return our earth to a sustainable and caring planet of neighbors. |
| 1721 | Eleanor R Brown | Reelect Al Gore! |

| 1724 | Gregory A. Hammac Sr. | I can't understand at this point why Al Gore doesn't realize how badly this country needs him. No one else can repair this mess. |

| 1726 | jim k. | |
| 1727 | Anonymous | GOOD IDEA. |
| 1728 | patrick flood | |
| 1729 | Margaret Sacuto | I believe Al Gore is by far the Democrats best chance of wresting the White House from the disastrous Bush gang. He embodies "change" and "experience" in one and is the only candidate who could definitely help save our planet from global warming disaster |

| 1733 | mark briggs (mprov) | |
| 1734 | Robert J Peterson | I am moderate that leans to the right on alot of issues, but the most important issue now is the environment. With the right leadership(Only AL Gore)country can be a leader and innovator in alternative energy that would cripple the middleeast and make the oil industry useless and virtually elliminate terrorism!!! |

| 1738 | Anonymous | Al Gore has the Integrity that is needed after the past 6 years of our current leadership. He has the vision to know that we can't just look at what is happening to our world today, but we need to look at the future of the earth. Al Gore has the experience to undestand all of the complexities of domestic and foreign policy. |
| 1739 | Anonymous | I am a member of the Green Party. |
| 1740 | Juliette Thomas | I would like that Al Gore be added as a hypothetical 'announced candidate' to the DFA straw poll to see if the numbers reflect the fact that Americans would like him for President...Thank you, Juliette Thomas |
| 1741 | Wayne Pollack | |
| 1742 | j long | |
| 1743 | Alan Schaefer | Al Gore wins the 2008 president.. Hillary, Obama, and all the republican nominees... loses. |
| 1744 | Mikki Herman | I want Al Gore to run. Please include Gore in the straw poll as I think the response to his name will be revealing. |
| 1745 | Debra Clardy | Al Gore is the best candidate. |
| 1746 | Ann Fagre | Add Al Gore to the straw poll as "If Al Gore officially runs, would you support his candidacy?" |
| 1747 | Johnny Welch | Among all of the candidates running for president in 2008, Al Gore is the one and only moral leader. |
| 1748 | Anonymous | |
| 1749 | Timothy Williams | |
| 1750 | Terry Reilly | The best presidents show their greatness in office and following their term office with continuing service to the country. Al Gore is unique. He has shown his greatness following one of our Democracy’s greatest failures.
If I could speak to my fellow Tennessean I would say the following, “We admire you and your service. I dare say that everyone who voted for you the last time you ran will do so again – and bring a friend. I will bring 10. I will work for you. Many will join who have no interest in politics. We need you now in this our darkest hour.” |
