Eleanor Mamber | I am happy to support the commution of this prisoner's sentence because of the transformation of his life and the work he has done to help others.

Jay Pellis | I have been teaching in a prison for over two years, and have learned quite a bit about people and change. To continue to lock up Mr. King's energy is a crime to society. Use his energy, all of it. This man is quite worthy of parole release.
Venerable Kobutsu Malone-Osho | Arnie King has been down too long, this man is a tremendous asset to the community and needs to be out and working with at-risk youth.
Maria Pinheiro | The correction and healing of out-of-control childhood behavior comes from within. Arnie King the adult has made this correction. A man is able to change his present and his future but he cannot change his past. Arnie King the man has proven this positive change. Give him the chance to prove himself in the world. Thank you.
| 167 | scotty | I've known Mr. King for years now; I am quite confident he deserves a asecond chance...much love and much service,

Derrick D. McGowan | I have known Arnie for 29 years , and he's known me for a little longer ( I am his 34 yr old nephew). In all the time I've known him ,he's been a striver for the better. He not only strives to improve his life , but offers positivity to those around him. I must say i am very proud , and better as a person, to have been able to talk with him as i grew into manhood. I know without a shadow of a doubt he would be even more of an asset to society as a fre man.
Milton Jones | If ever there was an example of a truely remorseful and repentive man, Arnold King is undoubtedly that man.-He is highly capable of making a great positive impact on our communities. We stand ready to receive him.

Tracy Jeanty | I fully support the Commutation of Arnie's sentence. He is a remarkable human being who would benefit any community that he was a part of.
William McDermott |
Gena Corea | Arnold King has grown and developed enormously in the many years since the crime he committed as a teenager. Through a host of programs, he has done much more inner work than most Americans. Knowing him for eight years, I am one of many who have facilitated a portion of this work. Scot Peck writes in his book, People of the Lie, that evil is the inability to look within. When we fail to look within, we end up projecting onto others our own inner dynamic, with horrible consequences for those projected upon. Arnold Kind makes a daily practice of looking inward. Helping young people to adopt this same practice, as he has been doing and is fully capable of doing, will bring untold good to our community life.

Marrey Embers | This is a man who has made a grave mistake at an early age. Yet, while in prison, he has used his time and talents to help others and give back to the community which so needs his wisdom, experience, and spirit.
Carol Rinehart | I whole heartedly recommend Årnold King for Commutation of his sentence. This is a mane worthy of deepest respect from society. He has transformed an overly harsh sentence into a mission of leadership and healing from behind the wall. He can do even more in this time of crucial need for peacemakers in the community.
Anonymous | the disparities in the criminal justice system needs to stop. i support reform and a complete over haul of the way cases of African-Americans and Latinos are being judged upon .Hakim Cunningham

Ariane Cherbuliez | Mr. King's development over decades is a model of what we can only dream our prisons would do for all inmates. I see no public interest in continuing to hold Mr. King in custody. I see great public interest in allowing this man to do the work he has demonstrated his commitment to do.
Una O'Connell |
Daniel Sinnott | It is a privilege to be able to sign this petition. I will advocate for others to receive commutation of their sentence.

James Leone | Given the fact that Arnie has turned his life around so wonderfully and has already served 35 years in prison, I believe that he deserves the opportunity to lead a productive life in society. Release him to his family, he can do more good on the outside than on the inside.
