As you may know,the Delran Middle School does not have air conditioning except for in the school library and the main office. Our school should have air conditionin. You may ask why. Well it is because of the heat in the school. For example, a couple of weeks before summer vacation, 2008, we had some really hot days. Once it was like 95 degrees outside. That was the day the office was as busy as ever, siging several students out. It was that hot outside that the students were going home. The school was about the same temperature as outside. I was even one of those students who had gotten to go home. I couldn't take the heat any longer. Everybody was sweating and I bet they all wanted to be in Antartica. That's what I felt like! The next day, the teachers came around to all of the classrooms, giving everybody a water bottle or vitamin water. Delran Midlle School should not go through the same thing this year. Another example that involves air condtioning is the Referendum. In this case, the cafeteria and classrooms that will be built will have air condtioning. Even thought that is more than we had before, it is still not the whole school. Let's make this place a better learning center where everybody can concentrate in the cool classrooms instead of the dieing heat. I hope we will have air condtioning!
