Comments: I don't support the WASP racist doctrines of Manifest Destiny and the ipso facto governing entity fostered by Act 195 or its Roll Commission. Face the facts, we are still subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom albeit under U.S. unlawful and prolonged belligerent occupation. There isn't a lawful treaty of annexation between our nations. Do the math and butt out of our kuleana.

Comments: This legislation will make us a ward of the US government as are federal prisoners and "recognized" Native Americans. We must not relinguish our native rights and resources. This American legislation is not worth giving up title to our ancestral lands and through this process, the Americans are hoping to extinguish our title. There was no annexation of the Hawaiian KIngdom and no record of a deed transferring Government and Crown lands to the State of Hawaii so they do not have clear and perfect title to our ancestral lands. There is no such thing as "Ceded lands" (which is just another word for STEALING) because the lands were never "yielded or given up by treaty" to the US. KU'E the Danners and SCHHA (remember them from the aKAKA bill). KU'E I KA HEWA ALOHA 'AINA EA EA EA
