New line is out of their minds if they think someone could do as good as, or better than PJ. And what about the fans? Don't they think that people who fell in love with the films, also fell in love with the magic PJ was responsible for? If Peter Jackson does not direct the hobbit, I think I will have a problem with the new director. I pity him. |

When The Lord of the Rings came out, even if you hadn't ever hear of, and hadn't seen any thing about it, people who saw The Lord of the Rings knew the Director was passionate about those movies, you could tell just by seeing those films, that he cared for them greatly. I can promise you one thing though, if anyone BUT Peter Jackson directs this film, I will never see it, for it would be nothing but a disgrace with out his passion driving this movies production. |
